The experience was a 10/10 before I even walked through the door. As a mama of two, always in charge of appointments, scheduling and day-to-day logistics. To be a new patient and have the staff reach out to our previous dentist and acquire all information that was needed without asking me to do it was incredible. I walked into friendly faces, bright, clean, happy waiting room. One of my children is a little bit tricky, but the kindness, patience and grace they gave to him while trying to get the job done was impeccable. This is the kind of place that mamas like me need on their team. I am very happy with the first visit and we will be going back. When I had questions at checkout and didn’t understand why something was being scheduled the way it was they took the time to explain it to me and that is all I needed. I am looking forward to continuing our teeth journey with POP Smiles.

Recently switched dentists as an adult and this place is so great! Reception makes check in and scheduling future appointments very easy. The hygienist had my teeth feeling the cleanest they’ve ever been! The dentist is very kind, professional and knowledgeable. I unfortunately had to have cavities filled but it was done pain free and efficiently and they feel great! Would highly recommend this dentist for anyone!

We had a wonderful experience at POP! The office is an excellent choice for young children. The staff was incredibly kind, patient and thorough, and they made sure my kids felt comfortable during their visit. The office is also very clean and thoughtfully designed with kids in mind, making it overall positive experience.

We had a really great first visit with my 2-year-old. I was honestly a little nervous since it was his first time at the dentist, but the office was bright, colorful, and had so much to keep him busy that he actually had fun. The staff was super kind and welcoming, and Dr. Gagliardi was caring, gentle, and really knew how to talk to my son in a way that made him feel comfortable. It made the whole visit way easier than I expected. Really grateful for such a positive first dentist experience.

I love it since I found this place to take my daughters for a checkup and treatment. It was the best decision I could make. They are super attentive to you, they explain all the processes that your little ones need, everything is very well equipped so that our little ones are comfortable, it is the best. And if you don't know how to speak English, no problem. There is someone who speaks Spanish who explains the procedures to you without problem and with kindness. Everyone is super friendly and does an excellent job. 100% recommended.
